विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विपक्ष पर तीखा हमला बोला और कहा कि राज्य में शिक्षा के मंदिर ऐसे स्थापित हों, जहां तय मानकों के अनुसार गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा दी जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार मदरसों के आधुनिकीकरण की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है, ताकि बच्चों को समकालीन और राष्ट्रहित से जुड़ी शिक्षा मिल सके।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शिक्षा के नाम पर बच्चों को 500 साल पुरानी कबीलाई मानसिकता की ओर धकेलना उचित नहीं है। उन्होंने कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि विपक्ष ने हमेशा अल्पसंख्यकों को केवल मुस्लिम समुदाय तक सीमित माना, जबकि सिख, जैन, पारसी, ईसाई और बौद्ध धर्म के लोगों को इससे दूर रखा गया।
धामी ने बताया कि वर्तमान सरकार ने नए कानून के तहत सभी अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों — सिख, जैन, पारसी, ईसाई और बौद्ध — को समान अधिकार देने का काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस की वोट बैंक की राजनीति और तुष्टीकरण ने देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की पहचान को कलंकित किया था, जिसे वर्तमान सरकार ने मिटाने का कार्य किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि सरकार सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारीकरण और संतुष्टि के मंत्र पर कार्य कर रही है। इन सेवाओं को अधिक प्रभावी और पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) तकनीक का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का प्रत्येक पल राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के सपनों का उत्तराखंड बनाने के लिए समर्पित है।
